County Enrollment Report

This feature allows the user to generate a form from the LMS that contains the participant enrollments from their work units for a specific class and/or a period of time.

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Reports.
  2. On the Reports page, click County Enrollment.
  3. You can filter by any of the following fields:
    • Work Unit (required)
    • Employee(s)
    • Delivery
    • Trainings
    • Locations
    • Date Range (required)
      • Defaults to first day of current month to last day of current month.
    • Display (All Employees or Assigned Employees)
  4. Click Search.
  5. Print or Export Excel File.
    • Print will send a copy to your selected printer.
    • Export Attendance List will create a CSV file.
